Hotel is okayish with decent pool size and subtle rooms. However, it is 4.5/5 if looking to book for marriage. Hotel management make arrangements of everything required leaving you bothering for nothing. Good lawn.

Manager talking language is root and third class

For drivers no driver room No bathroom toilet No hot water for taking bath Manager talk very rootly while asking for Hot water for take a bath And manager reply 30 staff members are there and also no hot water for them Then why for drivers Why we take a driver room Talk to our woner And give me a card for his no. Suggestions for drivers don't refer this resort, because driver are taken prty in hotels

Hi.. I have just checked in.. still here in the hotel. Some of the highlights, the check in was a bit snooby I don't blame the staff maybe it is because we came through OYO so the importance was not given of a customer, anyways... Moving on, the menu was nice and pocket friendly, pool timing is 8-6 , breakfast is 8-10 and most importantly and the thing which compelled me to write the review was the ice bucket request, I had called up the reception (number 9) and requested an ice bucket to be sent to the room along with the basic amenities like towel and water (they provide water in a jug, don't expect a mineral water bottle) where I was informed that they have ice bucket but that would be charged INR 50. Yeah you heard me right, I myself am from a hospitality background and hearing this made me disgust.

Room service was OK.interior needs to be changed.rooms are not clean.when we asked for changing bedsheets ,they said it will not be changed now.mosquitoes were there in the room and AC was not working properly.Only thing I liked about the hotel is complimentary breakfast.If you are spending money and want a comfortable stay then strongly recommended not to stay here.
